In 2010 I started with freelancing in my leisure time. For international clients I made website.Soon afterwards I got in touch with Edward from DevRepublic. He was working with Brazilian developers, but he was curious about the Indian way of working. We did some successful projects together and there was also a personal click.
We hatched wild plans to start together DevRepublic India. In September 2011 the plans came true: DevRepublic was born. We started with 4 developers in a small office and caught nice international clients as BP, Wild Bean Cafe and AGA Gas.
The growth never stopped. In the meantime, in 2013, John joined us as partner, specialized in financial and technical stuff. We survived ups and downs in our business travel and nowadays we have a steady IT company with more then 40 employees in India and the Netherlands.
I’m good in project management, office management and client communication. Of course I know how to setup and run a company, included keeping the administration and related financial matters aligentd. My passion is to get the best out of the employee. Training & coaching is my second nature.
I’m in to the Scrum & Agile sizzle and know how to get the right Agile mindset at our Indian development center. Ofcourse I’m a certified scrum master.
I am interested in foreign cultures and in the past years I learned a lot about the Dutch and European culture. I can easily build bridges in between our Indian employees and the international clients.
No one is perfect at everything, everyone making mistakes, included my selves. I am working hard to learn from each one and make better choices the next time around, isn’t that Agile? Every one having big ideas, so what? Executions are what matters, and I do Executions:
